If you will require an invoice for your purchase you must use the ‘PayPal with Invoice’ purchase method.
Do I need a globalSAN license for each computer?
Yes. You will need one license of the globalSAN iSCSI Initiator for each Mac that you want to connect to your SAN.
Do I need a separate license for Xtarget?
Yes. The Initiator license is separate from the Xtarget license. A HASP/USB key must be ordered separately to fully license the Xtarget storage server.
How can I get phone support for the iSCSI initiator?
If the initiator is used with SNS iSCSI products, such as EVO or SANmp, technical support plans with phone assistance are offered along with the SAN product. Otherwise, if you need technical support please read the user guide or send an email to our support team.
How can I get the documentation for the globalSAN initiator?
The documentation for globalSAN v.5 and higher is installed into /Applications/globalSAN/

For versions prior to v.5, the documentation for the globalSAN iSCSI initiator for macOS is located in the chapter titled “Using the globalSAN iSCSI Initiator” in the SANmp User’s Guide.

Is the iSCSI initiator's trial feature-locked or time-limited?
A 14-day limited trial is available for the initiator and Xtarget. During the initiator’s trial period, only one connection may be established at a time and persistent connections can’t be set. (An expired trial can be renewed when a new build is released.)
Is there a way to share iSCSI storage among multiple computers?
Yes. Our SANmp sharing software enables multiple Mac and Windows computers to share a common pool of iSCSI and Fibre Channel storage. If you just need to share a common pool of iSCSI storage we recommend iSANmp, which is identical to SANmp, but enables iSCSI-only (no Fibre Channel) sharing.

Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing any of our products.

What is Xtarget?
Xtarget is an iSCSI storage server installed with globalSAN v.5.

Xtarget allows your Mac to act as an iSCSI target. For example, you can turn FireWire, USB, eSATA, and other drives into SAN storage by using your Mac to act as the storage server. A timed trial of Xtarget is available. (To safely share Xtarget’s storage with multiple computers, you must use SANmp/iSANmp or Xsan.)

The Initiator license is separate from the Xtarget license. A HASP/USB key must be ordered separately to fully license the Xtarget storage server.
