Microsoft's Channel 9 is a full-blown production studio with over 3 million unique viewers every month. They deliver upwards of 100 videos in a given week, and they use EVO so that all of their raw footage, Premiere projects, graphics, and finished shows are safe and available from any machine, at any of their edit stations.

With their new EVO in place, the editors, designers, and producers at Creative Liquid can now work directly from a centralized location with access to all of their digital assets. They can collaborate on projects more efficiently, and they've taken back hundreds of hours of time that used to be spent waiting for files to transfer, shuttling drives back and forth from edit bays, and working around lengthy processes.
The BCM studio is setup to enable any workstation to work on any application, and every room in the facility allows for 4K & HD output. All of the workstations are connected via 10Gb Ethernet and GbE to the EVO server array, which is housed in the studio's equipment room. Many of their projects are edited on Adobe Premiere Pro. "Being able to protect our projects is big," says Biscardi. "More than anything it's huge peace of mind. The project locking is taking care of the kinds of things you don't want to think about while you're working."
